This policy explains what personal data 4pixel Studio ("we") collects through 4pixelstudio.dev and what we do with it. We keep it to the minimum the site needs.

What we collect

Brief form. When you send a brief we receive your name, your email address, your message and the direction you picked. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the project. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through our mail provider, Resend.

Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting (Google Cloud) and network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address and basic request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit statistics; it does not use cookies.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are downloaded.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf to run the site and deliver email.

How long we keep it

Briefs and email correspondence are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows from it, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@4pixelstudio.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
